KITTI WANTS TO HELP ISLANDERS TO A NEW WAY OF LIFE

• Kitti Schell in training!

One of the 'Bestest', Goodest' people we know on the Bay Islands is Kitti Schell.

Kitti is known to many as the lady who runs exercise, stretching and yoga classes on our islands.

Only charging a 'pittance', for Kitty, it is not about the reward, it is about the journey!

Starting in our February issue, Kitti will be having a column in The Friendly Bay Islander.

She is about educating and informing in the best possible way.

Kitti wants us all to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

And throughout her new column, Kitti Talk, she will make us aware of new directions, pathways and opportunities, with a little bit of fun on the side.

Kitti's whole life is about giving to others.

Not long ago, she considered leaving our Bay Islands,

After all, she has moved from place to place over the years, never staying in one place for very long, after a childhood growing up on a dairy farm on the banks of the Manning River, not far from Taree on the Mid North Coast of NSW.

She arrived on Macleay Island about 15 years ago and her enthusiasm and sense of adventure soon became obvious to all.

"I know it is my role to help people live healthier and better lives in mind, body and spirit," she said.

Kitti certainly is a living example of her doctrine.

Obviously she is a vegetarian.

She believes we are what we eat and what we 'consume' from life.

She has produced a number of privately published books espousing her life directions.

She has obtained extensive qualifications involving fitness and health and has taken her message to the other islands and each week lectures at 'Community Services' events on the mainland in regard to alcohol and road safety

Now she will have a column, Kitti Talk, in The Friendly Bay Islander.

Kitti will be bringing her unique views on life, health and direction.

She will explain to you how to give up smoking, get activated, get healthy, and head your life in new and interesting directions.

We hope you enjoy Kitti Talk starting in our February edition!
