Pharmacist David Gath is gearing up for a busy summer season at the Point Lookout Pharmacy, located only a ‘stone’s throw’ from the famous Straddie surf beaches.
David has stocked up on all the ‘essentials’ for a long, endless summer.
“We are just a few yards away from the surf club and the beaches and both locals and visitors alike often make us the last port of call before heading down to the beach,” David told The Friendly Bay Islander.
That is why David has stocked up on all the items that beachgoers require, usually at the last minute.
He can assist with all forms of sun protection, too.
“It really is important to protect the skin from the sun’s summer rays and we have everything here at the Point Lookout Pharmacy that will assist,” he added.
His shelves are full of items such as various brands of sun screen, many styles of hats, covers, towels and thongs.
There is also a selection of gift items that could make excellent gift giving for this coming Christmas.
David can also assist with all your pharmacy needs including prescriptions, first aid, medicines, giftware and footwear.
And because he is so close to the beach, you can also get cold drinks, ice creams, snacks, and a coffee too!
Point Lookout Pharmacy is open 7 days from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and to 12 noon on Saturdays and Sundays.
